Each year, IDC brings together the leading researchers, designers, and developers of children’s technology to discuss the challenges, opportunities, and emerging trends in interaction design for children. This year’s conference theme is ‘Think Outside the Toybox’, and in addition to sessions on videogames and other toys, IDC08 will have sessions on educational technologies, online communities, assistive technologies, and a special pre-conference workshop on designing for children with disabilities.idc08.northwestern.edu
